Origin: The wild species grows naturally throughout much of North America.
Special Features: Dainty, curving, short-spurred, nodding blooms. Outstanding in mixed containers, too. Gently self-sows in the garden. An outstanding novelty from Dyck Arboretum.
Historical: Discovered by The Dyck Arboretum of the Plains in Hesston, Kansas (USA) and introduced by Jelitto in 2007.
